V-Mail recieving a cpy of reply and send messages

I have experienced getting a cpy of reply (71)
and Forward a V-mail (73) and also a cpy of the reply of a forward message (79).

I veiwed the class of servic's of my mailbox


Retain Copy of sent messages: (No) Yes
and it is marked to (N0)


Should I be checking some other service's

no that is the only place i know to check, are other members of the same cos having the same problem? i build a unique class for my set for testing. try a delete and add, or change class and see if the symptoms change

Will making a change to yes under standard class of service
in my mail box , change all users in that class of service?

Yes the COS will change all members. Check the post from johnpoole.
If you need to save messages, build a new box, forward all your messages to that box and then delete the original.
