Utilities to Query User Manager for Workstations

Two problems: -

a) is there a utility similar to "usrstat" that can list the last date a user logged into a NT4 Workstation - not a domain.

b) users are created with dialin permissions and assigned dialback numbers on a NT4 Workstation. Is there a utility that can extract this information. I've tried "rasusers" but it doesn't return anything. I have 236 accounts, so I don't look forward to extracting these numbers one by one.

Can anyone help me PLEASE.
