USR NetServer vs. Yahoo Meseenger

Did anybody used/uses USRobotics Netserver/16?

I have a big problem with them. When somebody dial-up into it and gets connected to Yahoo messenger the connection fails. Is it usual or do I have defective equipment? Can it be fixed?
