Playing around in my lab trying to set up campaigns and for the most part I think I have what I need but, the customer doesn't want to using the WEB interface to access the campaigns. So I set up a DSS/Park button on a phone to retrieve the campaign information left by a customer.
The button light up after a caller finishes leaving their information.
Press button to listen to information. After information is listened to I either let it timeout or I press 5 to save.
How can I go back in and listen to that information again? I see it in the Campaign folder but, I am unable to use the Dss button to go back and listen to campaign again. The customer doesn't want to using the WEB interface to access the campaigns
I must be missing something.

Any information is appreciated. The DOCs aren't clear on this.

Anyone use campaigns that could provide some insight as how they retrieve the information left by caller?

Nope you are not missing anything this is working as intended. Once you retrieve the information once through the park button you can not retrieve it again in this manner. The only way to properly administer campaigns is with the web interface. If you customer does not want to use the web interface it will never work properly for them.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Well that sucks.. Thanks for the repsonse

If it is not too complicated create your own campaign and email it to the customer with the steps and caller ID / call info

You can create voice questions and send that to a mailbox that emails it and the same if you have questions to rate your service from 1-5 (or something) and email each option individually or group them and send it all in one email.

I did one years ago with 5 ratings and 2 questions but couldn't find it otherwise I would have attached it here.
it will email voice recordings separate from the rest though.

Ya I agree it sucks. I have had customers interested in campaigns decide not to use them for this very reason.
