We have been using the Plantronics HS10 Handset lifters, though they are not 100%.
For my 5621 I bought the Plantronics EHS Cable APV-66 and it eliminates the handset lifter and plugs into the headset and EU24 port on the back of the phone.

I bought one for the receptionist and didn't realize that her side car that shows all of the people and who's on the phone is also plugged into the EU24 port. On the old Legend systems there was the ability to chain them together, though that didn't work for this EU24 port.

Is there a way to get the Headset cable that works in place of the Handset Lifter and the side car working at the same time?

Thanks!

It is either one of them for the 56xx series.
Use a 1616 instead with a AVP63 cable ad DBM32 modules.

Bummer... And here I thought the $60 cabe was expensive. Getting another cable, the phone and side car is much more than the $60 Cable. (-:

Thanks!

As an alternative replace the EHS cable with a horn lifter...

Looks like there was a Typo in my Original post. I was trying to Replace the HL10. (not HS10) We have been using the Handset Lifters for years. I finally got feud with mine and found the Plantronics EHS Cable APV-66 and all my issues went away. I bought a cable for the Reception Backup lady as her HL10 was giving her fits.

I ended up giving the cable to the new HR lady instead and gave the HR's HL10 unit to the backup and its working much better now.

Thanks again.
