Hi. I want to create a batch file that maps users to the correct network shares once they have connected to the group VPN.
When a user connects they are automatically allocated an IP address.
I would like to use a batch file using the net use command but am struggling a bit.
The user is loggin onto a domain named nw2, and a typical servername and share is \\nw-data-store1\nw2it\+@userid.

Any ideas? Thanks guys

1. It is usually a good idea to clear any possible entries first:

net use * /Delete /Yes /Persistent:No

2. In a Domain, you likely can use the /Home switch

net use h: /Home /Yes

Have you ever scripted using net use?
