Using stored procedures in SQL 2k

First off, using CR 8.5 and connecting to a database, not all stored procedures are visible in the data explorer using the "Microsoft SQL Server" under "More Data Sources".

The only way I found to display all stored procedures is to use the OLEDb Connection option.

Second, when dropping viewing the report preview of the SP results, no records are displayed.

Could someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong?
 
I have noticed if you add an SP you need to close CR before it shows up. A lot of times when you get no records it is a problem with the date parameters. Date and Date time are not always interchangable and I have had problems passing Date tiem parameters to SPs.
