Hello,
I'm trying to find some good web sites on how to use outlook to keep track of sales/leads/etc. Anybody have any ideas? I've looked around and most want to try to sell me some templates instead.

I think I found part of the answer. I need to use a customized form to show some of the following features:

Make contacts searcheable by account status (open/closed)

have a task list of next item due date

Have a button that will open a system folder associated with the client's account

Have a task list with due dates to process the clients account to the next level in the sales process

Any existing templates will be eagerly accepted. I'm going to look on the web for some myself, now that I know what to look for.

Thanks, Sopht Solutions
