Using outlook contacts though CallPilot desktop messaging

Hello,
I have a question on whether or not we can use the outlook contacts list to dial out? We are on Callpilot v2.02 right now and when I try to use it I get errors. Is there a way to get that set up where it will transfer the call to the desk phone? Any thoughts, thank you.

I believe this is where the Nortel OCS integration comes into play. By defaut you can't use the contacts to my knowledge, but the OCS allows you to have presence and all the other unified communication goodies.
