Hi. My technical guys are having a hell of a time getting NetBackup 3.4.1 to work properly with EMC snapshots. However, the problem could be the Quantum ATL M1500 tape libraries. When they try to let the backup server discover the newly created snapshot, the entire SAN goes belly up due to SCSI resets, as NetBackup 'rediscovers' its tape drives. Apparently a mount using the Win2K mount and the SAN GUID works though. Oh the joys of multiple suppliers!
