Using Motorola CSR Contact Center Application with Definity

Is anyone using the Motorola CSR Contact Center Application software with a Definity (preferably G3r). Our City Info Center has purchased this application for their call center but we are having problems getting Motorola to give us the specifications for the connection to the G3r for CTI.

We are looking for any information on the connectivity and how this interface is working for your call center.
