Using Modules

Hi,

Could anyone tell me a good webpage to go to where I could read up on all the modules available and more importantly how to use them. I have used a couple of modules but I'm not fully sure on exactly how they work. I would also like to find out what modules are out there becuase reading through the threads I hear of a new one everyday.
