Using memory stream to uplaod a file

Hi, I need to upload a file from the client and save it to server. How can i get the file from client, save it to memorystream and then later write it out to server disk?

What protocol will you be using to write to the server? Is it your server, or someone else's? Is this client under your control, or is it a web client?
