I'm using Crystal 8.

Is the following possible using Avery 5160 labels:

Data in a csv file:

Name Test
John Doe 1-1
John Doe 2-1
John Doe 3-1
Jane Doe 1-1
Jane Doe 4-1

I want to have one label per person and all of their tests listed on that label. Example:

Label 1

John Doe
1-1
2-1
3-1

Label 2

Jane Doe
1-1
4-1
and so on

Help is very much appreciated.

Thanks

Group on the unique person's name and then you might possibly add the test results to that grouping from the detail section directly.

Thanks so much!

It only created one label per name per test. I figured out a way to make it work. thanks
