Does anyone have any experience using the K155 and AXIS A8105 registered to IPO for video calls?

I have an A8105 working with a K165 and equinox clients (desktop/mobile) with video. What would you like to know about it?

can you give me shot guide, how to setup this?
I playing with a 2n Vario and with 3th party app it is not the best way...
