Howdy,
Can I run 2 back up jobs per night on a single tape by having the second job append to media? Or will the second job fail because the first job moves the media into the save set?
I have one large job I rarely modify (usual GFS rotation) but a smaller set of folders that will change often (on-going project with the project version as the folder name).
I only want to back up the latest version, so I'll need to modify the job every time the version number changes. I'd like to lock down the main backup job and have a separate job for the more dynamic folders. Can this be done? (ArcServe 2000 advanced server on W2k SP1)
(Unfortunately I can't just name the latest version 'Latest' or something like that.)
TIA,
Sean
