Using an Exchange Public Folder as a discussion forum

Is it possible to use an Exchange Public Folder as a discussion forum in the same manner as Tek-Tips? I wanted to invite comments on a suggestion in the office but I would like each contributor to see comments made by others.

Not in te same way at all, but it can contain posts and replies.
Do NOT make this public though, your Exchange Server may be wide open!
