All The agents use head-set on their 1140 phone set for answer calls.
According to the manual for agent login using Agent ID have to do the following:
-Go Off-hook and dial Agent Id
-Then Press the In-Calls key

I did the above procedure lifting the handset on the phone and pressing SCR key 01 station key), then entering agent Id and I can login, But If I put the handset on its place (go on-hook) the Agent go to logout state.
I tried doing login going Off-hook using the headset for It doesn´t wotk.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong
Pleas any ideas?

You may want to try and changed the HOML prompt in LD 23 for your ACD to NO

I'm not sure if there were issues with the 1140 sets when used in ACD mode. The configuration that you have done looks OK. Should HOML in LD 23 be left at "YES"?. I can't remember if that is the correct settings when using headsets as it has been a while.

There are some quirks using 1140 sets as ACD. The handset behavior you describe is one of them.

Thanks!!!

I changed on ld 23 the ACD prompt HOML to "NO" and now It's working.

In the manual:

HOML Handset Removal or Make Set Busy key (MSB key) log out.
The HOML option allows an agent to log out by removing the headset or going on hook without using the Make Set
Busy (MSB) key. Logout while on Agent Reserve causes a cancellation message.
(NO) Log out with only the Make Set Busy key
YES Log out with either handset removal or Make Set Busy key activation
HOML is prompted if an Auxiliary Data System (ADS) or Schedule Block (SCB) exists.
