Using Access files with Outlook Express

How does Access e-mail database file (.mdb) work with Outlook Express? Do I open and export Access to Outlook Express? Do I convert Access to .txt. file first? Or do I import Access converted file into Outlook Express? In serious of need for step-by-step instructions in laymans terms please.

well first in order to import from outlook express a access address book it would need to be in ".wab" format. i would need to refresh my access skills a little more to make sure you can do that. "Jack of all trades. Master of none."
