Using Access Data Pages and the record set is locked?

The table has a value called ClientLastName and it was set to index and duplicate to no. I made a mistake and needed to be Yes. But when I change this value I am no longer able to add any more records to my database as it is saying the record set is locked. Please help!! Thanks in advance.

Haven't seen this before,

check msdn.microsoft.com

also, check your records to make sure that there are no duplicate last names
