I have a Excel based report that generates daily and have found a way to save it in a location on the plant server (instead of in our Windows based DCS where people SHOULD NOT be going into. My problem is that when it saved the report in the DCS it saved it with a timestamp up to 30 days before it would begin deleting the oldest. Now it overwrites everytime and no longer uses the timestamp. It isn't really worth it if someone has to check the data EVERYDAY because it will be overwritten tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas how to correct this? Thank You
