Using 3DES

I need to configure a VPN between Cisco PIX's at two locations. One site has a 506E version 6.2 with 3DES enabled. The other has a 515E version 6.1 w/o 3DES. I have acquired an updated activation key for the 515E which will enable 3DES. However, because of the IOS version, the installation instructions from Cisco tell me I need to download a new software image in order to update the activation key. I have not worked much with the 515 . . . where does this image file come from? Cisco only sent me an activation key -- not an image file. Where do I go from here? Thanks for your help

you must contact cisco again for the updated image.

The 506e's newest OS is 6.3(4), whereas the newest for the 515 is 7.0(1).

You'll want both to be running the same version if possible.. so 6.3(4) if you can.
