Hi,
We have Exchange 2000 and I don't think we're using it to it's fullest. On the public folder side of things, all we use them for is to store masses of email that comes in. Each project is stored as a folder and emails that are sent to or from our company are moved to the project folders - do you think this is wise? Or is there another approach we should consider for archiving?
One of the problems we have is that we need to keep these "archived" emails accessible for quite some time before they can be properly archived, ie. at the moment we export the folders to a CD or DVD!!
Also, we have a folder which is for our main, incoming company email. This as you can imagine is also growing rapidly.
What other uses do you folks out there have for public folders? What about electronic forms and all that kind of stuff?
