Are system consists of a G3r v6. And Prologix switches at 14 different sites. I 6 months ago removed the 302c attendant console from are junior high school and replaced it with a regular 6408d+ phone. When users call the junior high it automatically goes to the auto attendant I setup. Here's the problem, the secretary says that when some users are pressing 0 some of those calls don't reach her but instead are getting transferred to the operator at are administrative center. What do I need to look into to see why this is happening? Apparently it's not happening all of the time.

You should check all of your zero out options in your voicemail.
Each subscriber can send calls to different destinations.

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"

Dumb question but is the covering extension field that's under change subscriber the same as saying the zero out option? If so then then covering extension is blank for our operator.

You may want to display your system features in VM, there is a system setting on the 3rd page, Call Transfer Out of Audix. How is that configured..?

Transfer Type: enhanced_cover_0

Transfer Restriction: subscribers

Covering Extension: 8841

It's not the covering extension in the operator's mailbox you need to check. It's all of the other mailboxes.
