Users printer list doesnt appear when he logs into Terminal Server

I have a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.

Normally, when a user logs into the Terminal Server, all of their printers appear in the Server Printer list, in the form e.g HP Laserlet 1320 (From Hostname) and once the correct driver is installed, they can print to the printers no problem.

I can normally tell from the Event log, what TS Port has been assigned to the user - e.g TS28 - but there is no mention this time.

No other user is affected by this.

Windows Firewall is turned off on the Client Pc

Any ideas??

I had a similar problem and my solution was really hard to find but this worked for me.
