Users missing published app icons

I work at the same site as the Citrix servers but several remote clients are missing published app icons when they connect to and through the web interface

anyone have a clue what the problem might be?

I suggest that they need to refreah their Application list. Get them to hit refresh after opening the client program.

thanks for the reply Scott but I forgot to mention the particulars of the platform. it is a Metaframe XP w/ NFuse/CSG etc.

what was happening as it turned out is that one of the NFuse servers had a corrupted cache. I merely had to reset IIS and that was that
