Your user account has not been enabled for wireless access. Please contact your system administrator for additional assistance."

That's what I get (after fighting with another problem accessing OMA). However, checking the user's Exchange Features, they are enabled for everything. Seems all users get this. Google hasn't turned up anything useful so far.

Did you enable OMA at the Organization level?

Open ESM. Drill down to <YourOrg>(Exchange)\Global Settings\Mobile Services. Open the properties of the Mobile Services leaf object and enable the "Enable Outlook Mobile Access" checkbox. Wait about 15 minutes for replication.

Gah. Can't believe I missed that one. :( Well, now I get an error saying the user can't access the mailbox. The error is: Unable to connect to your mailbox on server <server>. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact your administrator.

Are you using domain\username in the logon?

Also, try using UPN... username@domain.tld

I've tried both, and both are being counted as a login failure (yes, I've made sure to type my password right :p) site and realm are being filled in correctly anyway (domain.tld). Only way I can get anywhere is with just the username, but I keep getting that above error.

Are you going through a front end server? Perhaps the page is unavailable on the back end?

The front-end server and the backend server are one in the same for our setup.

If it helps, I'm not using the default website.

Make sure that both Anonymous and clear text authentication methods are enabled on the OMA virtual directory. Also make sure that integrated authentication is turned off.

Actually... also make sure that you are not requiring SSL on the website root or the OMA virtual directory.

The fact that you're not using the default website is probably related to the problem.

Yes, checked all of that, still getting the error. I did consider the fact that it is not on the default website causing problems, but that should not be a problem.

Well, got past that, now I'm stuck on "Item no longer exists. The item you are attempting to access may have been deleted or moved."
