Ok here is my situation. We switched over one of our offices from using the @home cable service for data, to a frac T1 (512/512). Since the switch, people have been complaining to me about how its slow and that downloads/browsing is taking much longer. These are people who explaining the behind the scenes benfits of having the T1s would mean nothing to...
Basically, my question is what tools are out there for me to monitor who is using what amount of bandwidth free preferably, but not free works as well. What sort of options do I have for bandwidth throttling for the users? Also, are there any hardware devices available that allow for two wan links for one network to utelize BUT use one of the wan links for upload, the other for download.
As far as I'm concerned things are working twice as well with the new setup...uptime is 100% and there have been no real issues, besides it being slow on occasion when there are multiple people leeching off the net...
Thank you much guys: )
