users cannot access the internet

is there a reason why users on thin clients cannot use the internet when loggin on to a session? Ie doesn't load up. you can click on it but it doesn't load up. However on the console the internet works fine!

Does this also happen to Administrators when they logon to an ICA or RDP Session?

Have you installed sp1 for Windows Server 2003? I did and IE wouldn't run within a Citrix session. Uninstalled and worked fine. Still waiting for a hotfix from Citrix.

I saw that but it only applies to "MetaFrame XP 1.0 with Feature Release 3/Service Pack 4 for Windows Server 2003". I'm running mostly MPS 3.0 farms.

Run regmon & filemon which will tell you if it's a permissions error. Also check the application event log when this happens
