A problem with new users that we create and some existing ones is that they enter the credentials into pn and it tells them the entered details are incorrect.

We have three domain controllers across two sites and have tried replication and manually resetting the password, checking for lockouts etc on each DC and all looks in order.

Users can log into workstations without error also.

If you create a custom connection to a desktop or an app it works fine.

I am sure I have heard of this problem before, help!

Looking through the forum history I t hink this has something to do with ts licensing. I think we have a problem with our ts license server.

Type/Total/Avail/Issued
Existing 2k Builtin/Unlimited/Unlimited/111
Temp Licenses/Open/-/-/86
W2k CAL /Open/20/0/0
W2K CAL /Open/20/0/0
W2K CAL /Open/125/0/118

Any ideas whats going on here?

They can also login to the web interface without any problem and run things (Which launches local pn client I think to run the app.).

Program Neighborhood still tells them the entered credential information is incorrect. I have tried on 2k and 9x clients with pn 6.3 and 7

Can all your servers "see" the license server? By pinging it, then add it into the registry within
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Parameters
DefaultLicenseServer REG_SZ "ServerName"

This may help!

Cheers,
Carl.
