Users account sends computer name instead of Domain name

I have 2 users that, instead of sending the Domain Name, they are actually sending the computer name of the machine they are trying to connect to. This only occurs for 2 users trying to connect to the one server.

Example, users are setup to pass local credentials when accessing a web site located on server A. Instead of sending DomainName\UserName IE is sending ServerA\UserName. This also occurs when the user is trying to map or access a share off of ServerA.

The only solution I have come up with is to delete the users profile and start over.

Does anyone have any ideas what so ever?

This may shed some light...This occurs on all 4 Windows 2003 SP1 Terminal Servers and I believe it has something to do with the dreaded Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Controls. Even though I've disabled enhanced security under Windows Components and also verified it in the registry, the user is still warned that IE Enhanced Security Controls is turned on when they browse the Internet. I am almost certain this is the issue but have no clue how to fix.

Are all the machines/users in the same domain and logged into that domain? If they are in a workgroup then it will assume local machine creds, not domain.
