Hi Everyone

We hide the M: and N: drives (our servers local drives) from our users, using NT4 policies. This works well for all Microsoft Apps.

However when a user saves an attachment from Lotus Notes (we are using R5), the default save location is the Citrix servers M:

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can get around this, and perhaps set the default location to be the users home directory?

We are running the following:

MetaFrame Xpa FR1 on Windows 2000 servers SP3
NT4 domain

Thanks!

Hi,

Alter the Working Directory to your users home drive, that might help!

Cheers,
Carl.

Thanks for your response Carl.

When you say change the working directory, is that a setting in Notes?

Hi,

No it's a setting when either creating a shortcut on your desktop or when publishing an application.

When publishing an application, open your application, select the tab "Application Location" and then alter the "Working Directory".

I'll let you work out altering a shortcut configuration ;-)

Cheers,
Carl.
