hi everyone. i just found out that one of our user's name was typed wrong. it was typed as chiRs instead of chRis. so, i changed it on the server side and had him restart outlook. when i recieve an e-mail from him, it still says from chirs. i removed the exchange service and reinstalled it to no avail. is there something i'm missing? using exchange 2000, w/windows 98 se hosts and outlook 2000.
