Is the end user a rgular user, power user or administrator? Usually only an Administrator can change local PM settings. James Collins

The user is an Administrator of the laptop, but not when he is connected to the domain. When he is hooked to the domain, it seems as if there is a policy that is enabled that does not permit changes to the power options. We are on an NT network, without any domain policies.
