user setting time and date

I chkd the FAQS but couldn't find anything on the user resetting the time and date. I'm trying to find a way to get our locations changed for daylight savings without having to send a tech out to each site. don't have RADS. Also, does anyone know how it works if a system has the old daylight savings update in the software, and we update now (since our gov't decided we needed a change). i am guessing the system will adjust at the old daylight savings time and throw it off again. is this true?

how to change the time depends on the software you are using
the system coordinators guide has it near the front of the book
the newer software you can use feature **time then password
older software you need to go into the system programing


the systems will change on there scheduled times so now thanks to the goverment (and the customers that don't wan tto upgrade) we have to change the times on the system 4 times a year

unless you have the newer software that can update the time and date from the clid
