Hey Everybody,

From my ASP application, I am getting "User Session Expired" with cr9. I've made sure the correct "rptServer.asp", "SmartViewerActiveX.asp" and the "cleanup.asp" files are in their correct places. I'm trying to send a message back to myself to see what the error number is and what the message is but the error is 0 and there is no message. I'm thinking this is a permission issue, but I do not know where to tell the system guys where to change the problem (I may be wrong.). If anybody has any suggestions please shoot them my way. My ASP's work great with crystal 8.0

Desperate,
Clyde

Thanks for the replys, but I have that document and have successfully used it in the past, but this time it does not seem to help me. I'm using cr9. The rprServer.asp is in the correct directory, but from the MoreRequiredSteps.asp I am not getting any message as to why the session is expired. Thanks again. I'll keep looking. I must be overlookin somehthing.

Thanks. No I haven't, but this message appears immediately. I'll check it.
