I have a question in regards to services in 2000. I have a few users who log on to a domain, and thier permissions on the local computer are users, some power users. What is hapeening is that once in a while the print spooler fails, or never starts to begin with, and they have to start it. Because of thier permissions, or lack of,they can not, and I remote in and do it for them. What I would like to know is if it's possible to go in and edit thier rights to give them access to start a service, maybe through the policy editing? Anyone who has any ideas, I welcome the input. I don't want users to have administrator rights though. THANKS.
