User rights not applying to users 1

system is 8.0.44 but when i copy the user rights to the user the buttons on the user right setup do not appear on the user phone. Anyone know why?

Did you check off the users in the membership pane you want the buttons to apply to ?

Yes I check them and applied and saved the configuration

I am having a similar issue. I setup new rights group button programmed the 1416 phones checked off members saved and right clicked to send and copy values but the button programming is not taking. I think I am following all the steps system is 5.2 with manger 9.32

I also had a hard time setting up the template in rights it seemed i had to save and redo multiple times to get a programm to "take"

Thanks I got it I did not see the drop down at the top of the page. I kept clicking the apply and copy on by right clicking on the name of the rights group on the left side.
