I'm trying to automate the auditing of Win2003 User Rights and File Permissions. Can anyone point me in the direction of tools/commands/scripts to do this?

I'm not sure if this is what your looking for. However, sysinternals has a pretty cool tool called AccessEnum v1.1 and its free. They offer free utilities to do just about everything.
