User Reports

I want to publish 3 user reports using CCCv5 (running on Windows 2000 SP4)and for some reason it will only allow me to publish 2?

The next report I load up doesn't appear on the list but if I delete one of the 2 showing, the newest report appears!!

I have checked the docs and it clearly states that that 3 reports can be shown unless you buy the Reporter license.

Has anyone else found this?

I was told 2 by avaya, maybe the docs are wrong.
