User receive email from all the users but one...

Hello all, I have a Xchange 2000 server with 15 users a particular user user B can receive emails from everybody but one particular user, lets call it user A, the user A can receive emails from user B with no problem...does any body have a clue of whats happeing here?..

Check that user B doesnt have any rules applying to user A's emails (delete on receipt, move to subfolder etc)
