User Profiles (Terminal Services)

I'm looking at giving a friend access to my 2K server via terminal services but I want to restrict his access to certain drives and applications, I want to limit what he sees on the start menu end what application he sees. His access is basically only to run one or two programs on the server, everything else is off limits..

Can some one point me in the right direction
 
Do you Have active directory installed? if yes, create a user name and password, then in AD you have a tab for terminal services, you can use a profile there.
 
Sounds like you need to lock him down via Group Policy a bit, if you are not running Active Directory. I am trying to acomplish a similar task, but for 2 local users.
