User Profiles/Domain Migration 1

We will be moving a large number of computers from one Win2003 AD Domain to another AD Domain. Is there a software application, tool, or utility which will take all of the user's local profile settings from the current domain and move it to their new local profile on the new domain?

Any help would be most appreciated.
