I have a request by a new client to have a time profile or key etc control a mailbox recording that is played
HG can do this on a time profile, but not users
The system uses a VMPro so i could create a callflow for each user with a time profile that controls which message is played in a generic action and delete the default messages so the caller gets only a beep when transfered to the leave mail action.
Issue this creates though is the client wants to be able to use the temporary and engaged on a call messages aswell.
does anyone have any thoughts on how to handle this?
