User Not Getting DL Messages

Hello,

A user that belongs to a few DLs, is not getting messages sent to those groups. Message Tracking was run on a message sent to a DL & her email is not listed there as message being delivered to this person.

What gives then if the person is indeed part of them?

Did the Recipient Update run in time? If not, force it.
