IPOffice 500v2 - R9.1.1.0 Build 10
VMPro Client - R9.1.1.0 Build 3
We have a single new User that is getting a VMs emailed to them every 2 Minutes. I think it was her First VM Ever as it was MSG00001.wav. I called and created a new VM for her then also sent that one every 2 minutes. Her VM is set to Forward to email.
Looking at the SYSLOG I see the Following Errors.
1/10/2017 6:22:30 PM VMPro Server ipoonexportal: -08:0 2017 262 1 .ipoonexportal | 1 1 SEC User login failed : userName : scs_user : Extn : : reason : serverErr
1/10/2017 6:22:29 PM VMPro Server +18:22 2017 000 1 .ipovmpro | 0 VMP-ALARM|SMTP - unexpected data received. An unexpected RCPT response was received.|
1/10/2017 6:22:29 PM IPOffice 500v2 Jan 10 18:22:27 10.1.0.40(ipoffice.hbg.haydon-mill.com) TRP|SMTP - unexpected data received. An unexpected RCPT response was received.|
In the Past I've seen no VM to email working due to size, though these are less than 400k and she is the only user that is having this issue. Others get VMs to email just fine and only the one.
The "VMP-ALARM|SMTP - unexpected data received" Logs above happen with Every email that is sent. It is the VMPro Server sending the emails. The ipoonexportal logs messages do not seem to be 100% related.
I stopped the VMPro Backup and Main VMPro Servers and then went to her: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\<userID>" folder. Deleted the Repeated VM Wav Files and then deleted the contents of the Status.txt file. That seemed to help, though Don't know why they would get stuck.
Whoa going back though the logs, looks like I also get the "unexpected data received" every 2 Minutes (though All Day long and prior to the lady's VM email being sent), So maybe its not related to the VM being emailed multiple times?
