Hi everyone. Im having a problem I've never seen before. A user is getting this User Intervention Required message listed on one of her shared printers. She cannot print or anything. She is using windows 98 and has other printers installed and are working correctly. Someone right next to her is able to print fine to this printer. Any solutions?

perhaps her application is set to "manual feed" the paper into the manual feed tray of the printer?
