User forward unconditational to external with embedded voicemail issue

Dear all Bro,

I have a situation about the user had a embedded voice mail and want to forward number to external (mobile),now the system Default no answer time was configured to 8 second as our client request.when the call which calling to the number forwarded,The external number just around 1~2 second ringing then the call will redirect back to system mailbox to answer.

Any idea for this issue can skip the part of the voice mail answer..??lets the call keep on the external number till to discard or external mail box?? many thanks.



 
Use mobile twinning instead or lengthen that particular users no answer time to allow longer ringing before pulling back :)
