I found the above thread, but it was about an analog phone. The user was flashing, and placing a call on hold.
I have a problem with this happening on a 1416. The user says she hangs up a call, and 2-3 minutes late that same number will call her back. I asked if she is simply hanging it up, or if there is any way she is placing the call on hold, and it ringsback after being on hold for a while. She insists that she is simply hanging it up.
Could this be an issue with the phone system? I suspect the phone company, since we have had many issues with them here, however this only happens at her extension. She says it happens about ten percent of the time.
