User Delete Help!

Well, I messed up.

I was cleaning up my system and deleted a user that had nothing saved under their login, so I chose to delete the files associated with the user. Well, now I have none of the files that were saved under my profile anymore either.

Is there a way to get these back? I am assuming not, but thought that I would ask. I was able to get a few with my norton protected recycle bin, but not all of the ones that I need.

And I don't have any recent backups that I could fall back on either, I should know better.
